After a long day of driving and exploring I arrived at Cavitt Creek Falls. For 17 years I lived a half an hour away from this site and never knew of its existence. How? It is the most perfect swimming hole I think I have ever visited. It wasn't crowded, the campsite was well maintained, and suuuch a beautiful, peaceful place to be. Next time I am going directly here and spending more than a night!

Camping Must-Haves of the Day

Collapsible Wash Basin

I highly recommend getting this 2-pack if you are going to do any cooking and washing up after. One for the soapy water and one for rinse-water.

Small Cutting Boards

I was actually kind of surprised how much I used these. So small and easy to store, having two meant that I could have one for cutting up apples or other fresh things and one for sausage or other meats.
