It just so happens that I have family in Bandon. My Aunt Laurea and Uncle Roy graciously hosted me for a few days. Getting a shower and sleeping in a bed were so nice, not to mention sharing some good food together after a lovely walk on the beach. Before leaving I even got a brief visit with my Aunt Maria where she works at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.

If you are going to be anywhere--lakes or streams in particular--no matter how careful you are 'skeeters WILL get in your car. This beauty is a great way to handle the issue.

Benadryl Cream

While I didn't fare too badly, I did not escape from the Great Mosquito War of 2025 completely unscathed. This cream was instrumental in getting to sleep and not being kept awake by insistent itching.
