It just so happens that I have family in Bandon. My Aunt Laurea and Uncle Roy graciously hosted me for a few days. Getting a shower and sleeping in a bed were so nice, not to mention sharing some good food together after a lovely walk on the beach. Before leaving I even got a brief visit with my Aunt Maria where she works at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.

If you are going to be anywhere lakes or streams in particular, no matter how careful you are 'skeeters WILL get in your car. This beauty is a great way to handle the issue.

Benadryl Cream

While I didn't fare too badly, I did not escape from the Great Mosquito War of 2025 completely unscathed. This cream was instrumental in getting to sleep and not being kept awake by insistent itching.
